I have supported my clients to secure over $17.5 million of grant funding since commencing my business in 2021.  I have spent over seven years working within the Australian Government managing grants, including sitting on regular Grant Application Assessment Panels.  My most recent role was coordinating the management of more than 70 grants across 12 remote Aboriginal communities, supporting 16 remote engagement staff to deliver best practice grant management processes.  I was responsible for managing the delivery of complex grants and supporting organisations to deliver program outcomes with a portfolio in excess of $30 million. 

In my grant management role with the Australian Government I worked directly with Aboriginal Controlled Community Organisations, remote public and private schools, remote health clinics, regional councils, not-for-profit organisations, Aboriginal legal aid services, Aboriginal and Social Services peak bodies, national and global charities, other Australian Government agencies, state and territory governments, Aboriginal research organisations and business development and management consultants.

I have also worked with the Northern Territory Government as a Mining Registrar, managing a team of 12 staff, dealing with the application, grant and maintenance of all exploration and mining tenure in the NT and spent several years within the private sector managing insurance contract sales and claims.

I am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Business in Public Sector Management, twelve units towards a Bachelor of Law, a Certificate IV in Risk Management Essentials and a Certificate III in Financial Services.

I have been a volunteer for various non-profit groups, sporting clubs and social clubs and have actively raised funds and sourced donations for these groups.
